Terms & Conditions - Wholesale

You should read and understand these Terms because they affect your rights and liabilities. These Terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on the Website.

We/us/our refers to “Anna Falcke” of
The Hive, Satellite House, Satellite Business Park, Blackswarth Road, Bristol, BS5 8AU
You/Your refers to the business/person/individual placing the order with us.
Website refers to www.wholesale.annafalcke.com
Goods refers to items listed on our website.
Order refers to items added to your shopping basket for fulfilment by us.
UK mainland refers to England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands).
Accepted Order refers to orders confirmed by us. This is acknowledged by an Order Confirmation email.
Payment refers to the amount to be paid.

Privacy
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and security.

Your Personal Information
In order to process your Order and provide you with the best possible level of service, we need to collect some information about you: your name, business name, telephone number, invoice address and delivery address.
We will never ask you for sensitive information.
We will never trade, sell or forward any personal information to a third party.
No credit card details are stored by us.

Contract
By ordering goods from Anna Falcke you are entering a legally binding agreement with us.

Order

All items must be ordered in the minimum quantities specified on the Website.
We reserve the right to amend your Order up to the next multiple.
Minimum Order £150.00 + VAT.

First orders are pro-forma; subsequent orders are strict 30-day terms from date of invoice.
The quantity and description of the Goods are those set out in your Order.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects our current pricing, and you are based in UK mainland*.
If something you have ordered is not available we will contact you and offer you the option of either:
1. sending you the items we do have and replacing the missing item(s) with an alternative colour; or
2. sending your order without the unavailable items.

All Goods remain the property of Anna Falcke until payment has been received in full.

Payment
Payment terms are detailed on the invoice and due dates must be adhered to.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit or credit card.

Postage and Packaging
UK mainland delivery only:
We charge a flat rate of £10.00 postage and packaging on all Orders under £300.00 excluding VAT.
Postage and packing is free of charge on Orders over £300 excluding VAT.

Dispatch
We will dispatch your Accepted Order to the address you specify for delivery on your Order.
We aim to dispatch your Accepted Orders within 10 working days of receipt.
Delivery is through a third party courier; any delay is out of our control. All Goods will need to be signed for. Any Goods lost or damaged in transit will be claimed for using the couriers own terms and conditions of service.

Returns
If any item/s are damaged or faulty in any way then please contact us using the details below.
If agreed, we will replace the item/s upon receipt of the returned Goods to the address below.

Our Responsibility
All of our products are handmade; as a result there may be some slight variation in sizing, colours and shades.
We have tried to ensure the photographs of our Goods on the Website are as accurate as possible. However differences in the colour performance of monitors may mean some of the colours of Goods supplied may vary from what’s shown.
We cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our reasonable control. We will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service.

All copyright, design rights, image rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products on our Website are and will remain the property of Anna Falcke. We will treat any infringement of these rights seriously.
